All Dancers must stay for the duration of the entire two-week program.
$500 Non-refundable Housing & Meals Deposit Due

Dancers are strongly encouraged to submit their complete application package early to ensure it is complete.
Enrollment in 2023 is limited to 60 dancers.
Dancers will be placed on a waiting list once the program is filled.
A $300 deposit is due upon registration to hold your place in the program. This non-refundable deposit is applied directly toward your tuition.
Applicants will be electronically notified of their status within ten business days of the application, and the deposit is received.

CLASSES & REGISTRATION
Created specifically with pre-professional & collegiate dancers in mind,
Oklahoma International Dance Festival offers rigorous training in Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, Contemporary Pointe, African Dance, Gaga, and Pilates. Under the instruction of internationally renowned faculty, Dancers develop their technique and broaden their range through an immersive experience with their art form.
TUITION, HOUSING & MEALS

Tuition: $1.400
-
Housing & Meals: $1,500 (residential students only)
A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to reserve a place in the program.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold a place in the dormitory, due by March 22nd, 2023.
These deposits are applied toward the total tuition/housing costs.
The balance of all fees is due by June 1st, 2023

TRANSPORTATION
The campus is within easy driving distance from Oklahoma City, OK, and Dallas, TX. Ground transportation to and from the campus is available for dancers flying into Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport (shuttle service or taxi.) Please notify OIDF (info@okdancefest.org) if you need transportation information regarding the door-to-door shuttle available from the airport to the campus.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If the dancer has to withdraw from the program for any reason, a portion of the tuition and housing costs may be refunded at the Director's discretion. Based on the date of withdrawal notice, certain payments are non-refundable.

INJURY POLICY
In the event a dancer is injured to the point where they are unable to participate PRIOR to the beginning of the program:

OIDF must receive a doctor’s note explaining the injury.

Tuition/Housing Deposits are nonrefundable.

Any payments made beyond deposits will be refunded via check.
COVID POLICY
In the event we are forced to shift to a virtual program due to the pandemic:

Dancers will be given the option of a virtual program. Deposits can be shifted to the cost of the virtual program.

Any payments made beyond the cost of the virtual program will be refunded.
