Born in Asuncion, Paraguay began her ballet training at the School Tala Ern de Retivoff. It continued her classical and contemporary training at the Escuela de Bellas Artes, ISBA, Asuncion, where she was a member of the Ballet Company of the Institute. In 2001, she joined the Ballet Clasico y Moderno Municipal de Asuncion, Paraguay, until 2012, where she performed classical and contemporary repertoire.
She received her Pilates Teacher Training Certification by Inter-American University Buenos Aires-Argentina and is a specialized certified trainer for dancers with the Pilates Method. In addition, she is the author of the final thesis project, Anthropometric and Nutritional professional dancers of Ballet and Modern Municipal Asuncion, and the National Ballet of Paraguay evaluation at the Autonomous University of Paraguay (2006), for the Bachelor of Nutrition.
In 2010, she received a scholarship and traveled to Spain for graduate study in Pilates for physical activity and sport, which resulted in the graduate work: Pilates Method as a technique of physical conditioning for dancers. During her stay in Spain, she took courses in Pelvic Floor and Quiromasaje and a Masters's course in Nutrition and Genetics at the Medical University of Cantabria-Santander.
Presently she is living in Barcelona, where she continues dancing on independent projects. In addition, she is a Pilates Master instructor, professor of classical dance, and is a certified instructor of the GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® methods.
